Our One-Year Guarantee Policy

Death happens! It's an unfortunate fact of life and an unfortunate occurrence in gardening. We how disappointing it can be, especially after putting time and care into them.

​We do our best to provide healthy, high-quality plants and set our customers up for success. However, once plants leave the garden center, there are many factors outside of our control that can affect how they perform, including watering, weather, soil conditions, sunlight, pests, transplant shock, and general plant care.

​

​Because every planting environment is different, we’re unfortunately not able to guarantee or replace all plants. We truly want our customers to have success, though, and we are always happy to offer planting advice, care tips, and recommendations to help choose the best plants for each space!

What is covered?

Nursery Stock items (trees & shrubs) are eligible for a one year guarantee which covers total death of the plant.

​

You will either receive a replacement or a store credit to go towards a replacement Nursery Stock item. In the case of price increases you will be asked to pay the difference.

​

Please note that replacements are not guaranteed and will not be replaced.

What is NOT covered?

  • Replacement plants

  • Nursery Stock discounted more than 25%

    • Will be noted on your paperwork packet

  • All Tropicals including hibiscus and mandevilla

  • All Annuals including vegetables and herbs and hanging baskets

  • All Perennials including roses, grasses, and peonies 

  • All Houseplants​

What do I need to bring?

Dig up the plant and bring it in to us along with the paperwork given at time of purchase. If you cannot remove the plant then please bring in a photo!

Paperwork and receipt is REQUIRED for a replacement, without it full credit cannot be given. 

If you are not sure if your shrub qualifies then come in with a photo first!
